    • Infrared-Heated Mat + Reformer Class Styles: Choose between infrared-heated mat Pilates or reformer classes, offered in heated and non-heated environments (85–90°F at both studios; heat at Costa Mesa may vary slightly due to larger space)

    • All Levels Welcome: Clear instruction with modifications and progressions for every body.

    • Full-Body Workout: Full-body, core-focused movement with controlled sequencing and light props like weights, bands, rings, or balls to build strength and stability.

    • Supportive Community: Personalized attention in an uplifting, community-driven space.

    • Mindful, Intentional Pilates: Every class blends breath, form, and purposeful movement for lasting results.

  • Mat Class:

    Plan to bring your own mat and towel, or borrow a studio mat at check-in.
    Please note: a mat towel is required when using a studio mat.

    Reformer Class:

    Grip socks are required for safety, stability, and support while on the Reformer.

  • At Sol Studio, every class format is crafted with purpose — ensuring that whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, there’s a perfect fit for your goals and body.

    Sol Sculpt | Mat + Reformer: A strength-focused Pilates class that combines light weights and body-weight resistance to tone and define every muscle. Mat classes are heated (85–90°); Reformer classes are non-heated.

    Sol Sweat | Mat + Reformer: A high-energy, cardio-based Pilates both class in a heated room that combines added weights and dynamic movement for a full-body burn. Both Mat and Reformer classes are heated (85–90°).

    Sol Stretch | Mat + Reformer: A slow-flow, classical Pilates-inspired class using controlled movement to improve flexibility, alignment, and mind-body connection. Both Mat and Reformer classes are non-heated; held at room temperature.
