Mat Pilates Teacher Training

The mat is where it all begins. Rooted in the classical Pilates method and shaped by the intentional energy of the Sol experience, this 6-day immersive training (40 hours total) will equip you with the skills, confidence, and clarity to lead with purpose. Over the course of 30 in-studio training hours and 10 hours of observation, you’ll learn how to effectively teach foundational mat Pilates, create dynamic flows, cue with clarity, and hold space for both strength and connection.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of both classical and contemporary Pilates — and the ability to inspire movement through mind, body, and Sol.
